We use our intuition everyday on a subconscious level. You know those "gut feelings" you feel that tells you to call someone to check on them, or book or cancel a trip? That inner feeling, that inner voice is our intuition. 

Intuition is a skill innate in us as human beings. Like every skill, it is one that needs to be nurtured, honored, and developed. Intuition is a gift to uncover and enhance, that exists to make our lives better! More fulfilled, in alignment for our greatest good, and the greater good for those around us. 

Life is literally a series of decisions. All day, every day. Working with our intuitive abilities can help us to make wise decisions that will bring us more joy, and love, and help us to show up as a more confident, elevated, and authentic being.  This truly is empowering work if you are a highly sensitive, empathic person, or if you struggle with overthinking + anxiety. 

Our intuition shows up and speaks to each individual in a very different way. It's our own individual soul fire that helps to guide us!
